My career began during the rise of e-commerce with pivotal roles at Borsheims and Hayneedle, where I gained invaluable experience in online sales, fulfillment, and customer experience. In 2007, I co-founded eCreamery Ice Cream, a business that has grown and thrived for over 16 years. Along the way, I’ve honed my expertise in scaling production, optimizing fulfillment, and driving sustainable growth — especially during the most demanding peak seasons.

I launched No Substitutes in 2023 to share the lessons I’ve learned from my small business journey. My approach centers on breaking down silos and driving cross-departmental alignment. I recognize that success doesn’t happen in isolation — it requires systems that connect people, processes, and technology. I bring a clear, measured approach to every challenge.
My role as a fractional COO and operational strategist allows me to work with leaders and teams to solve their most pressing operational bottlenecks.
