Olga Detrixhe is a Sales Supervisor at Nex-Tech, a Technology and Broadband Company that makes life better by providing world-class technology.
Olga loves the fast pace of the IT industry, an “accidental” love affair she stumbled into after her graduating with an M.A. in English Literature from Fort Hays University in Hays, KS.
Olga was raised in Germany and came to the U.S. an exchange student. 15 years later, married, with 2 children, she has made Hays, KS and Nex-Tech her home. As a Sales Supervisor she gets to support and coach her team, who do the real work of keeping all of Nex-Tech’s business customers happy, efficient and productive. Apart from her day job, she loves facilitating, specifically around leadership and professional development. She gets to do that via community leadership programs and IT peer groups in Europe that keep her challenged and always learning!
