About Erin
Erin Malzer has had a dream of working in marketing her whole life. She pursued her dream at Nebraska Wesleyan University by achieving a degree in Business Administration and Communication. She has over 20 years of marketing experience with companies such as MDS Pharma Services, NSCA Certification Commission, GROW Nebraska, Nebraska Digital, and Fat Boy Hickman’s BBQ which she purchased with her husband in 2013. Together her and Kirk have expanded their BBQ rub and sauce business to sell in grocery stores in 42 states. For their business, Erin focuses on eCommerce and design … and less on the “BBQ” portion.
In her spare time Erin enjoys spending time with her family and two sons, photography, Dodgers baseball, gardening and traveling.
