Brent Grummert

Brent Grummert, started with Hy-Vee as his first job in Shenandoah, Iowa at age 15 as a bottle person, Hy-Vee has been his only employer for 34 years. During his 34 years with Hy-Vee he has held positions of bottle person, courtesy clerk, checker stocker, customer service clerk, assistant shift manager, shift manager, night stock manager, dairy/frozen manager, kitchen manager, assistant manager, 2nd assistant manager, manager of store operation, manager of perishables, manager of general merchandise and currently store director. Received his first store director assignment in Macomb, IL. Currently Store Director of Hy-Vee in Grand Island, NE which employees 325 employees, 100 full time and rest are part-time. Grand Island Hy-Vee has the following departments, Mia Italian, Hy-Chi, Market Grille, Deli, Bakery, Produce, Meat/Seafood, Dairy/Frozen, Health Market, Cosmetics, OTC, Wine and Spirits, Pharmacy, Aisles Online, Floral, and Fast and Fresh. He is a graduate of Northwest Missouri State University with a Bachelor of Science in Management and Marketing.
