About Lauren

Lauren has a degree from UNK in English & Theatre, Secondary Education. She has extensive experience onstage through various roles in plays over the years, and feels comfortable conveying ideas in-person to groups of people looking to learn. She’s been in the copywriting industry since 2010, doing work ranging from blogging to playwriting to website copy composition. Lauren has spoken on entrepreneurship at Barcamp Omaha annually since 2014, and at the Shark Tank pitch event in Lincoln earlier this spring. As co-founder of a small, local entrepreneurship support group, she has in-depth knowledge of the trials and tribulations small business owners encounter, and can present a unique perspective to the topic of controlling your business’ narrative.
